Membership Training
In Development - 2025
This year, I will be developing a membership training programme, starting with a pilot project module called An Introduction to Membership. Further details will follow after the pilot evaluation.
Training Experience
Over the years, I have written many content sessions for Memberwise conferences, and delivered multiple sessions for their weekly webinar programme, in-person tech events and online courses. I create bespoke training for in-house membership teams such as the National Trust for Scotland who needed consistent member recruitment training for their properties as well as CIOB who needed training on how staff can manage volunteers more effectively.
