Module 4 - Member Engagement Strategy

Module Details

 - 2 hours in length

Learning Objectives

NOTE: It is advised that you complete Module 2 (Member Value Proposition & Offer) and Module 3 (Member Retention) before undertaking Module 4

 

· Understand what member engagement is

· Why the engagement strategy is created after the retention strategy

· Metrics and measures for effective engagement KPIs

· How to map your engagement touchpoints across the organisation

· How to create a marketing plan for each membership benefit to increase engagement

· How to create a new member onboarding and year 1 journey
