In over 15 years of working in membership, I've worked for all kinds of membership organisations both as an employee, volunteer and consultant. It means that I can see best practice across sectors and take great lessons into any project, regardless of the sector.
Over the last 15 years I've had the pleasure of becoming a regular fixture on the membership circuit via my presence at Memberwise events and am connected to over 1,500 membership professionals on LinkedIn. My staged system works for any organisation regardless of sector and ultimately focuses activity to what needs doing to create results, saving time and money in the process.
I'm used to working with small organisations that have little or no budget which means that my solutions are cost effective and can suit any budget. The key principles work across different sizes, sectors and budgets and all operate from best practice.
